Pasquale Fiorino received his BA in Economics and Law Degree from the University of Windsor and a PhD in history from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. While employed in private legal practice in Windsor, he served as the Federal Assistant Drug Prosecutor for Windsor and Essex county. For over twenty years, he has been involved in numerous federal and provincial agencies and boards where he gained a strong knowledge of the adjudication process. He was appointed as Public Member of the Ontario College of Pharmacists, and the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists where he served on the executive council and chaired the discipline committee. He was an adjudicator at the Immigration and Refugee Board, hearing both trial and appeal cases. He was also appointed to the Landlord and Tenant Board, and is presently a part time vice chair of the Health Service Appeal and Review Panel. His other employment include part time professor, History Department, University of Windsor, Director of the Amherstburg Community Social Services Agency, and Director of the John XXIII adult education centre. Pasquale Fiorino joins the Horse Racing Appeal Panel as a part-time Member.
